Founder & CEO
Charlie Boom is the founder and president of The Halos Agency based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. With a unique blend of experience in music, modeling, and acting, Charlie brings a multifaceted perspective to the creative industry.As a professional model and actor, Charlie has worked with Gemini Agency, and Icon Model Management building a diverse portfolio that includes campaigns for Bed Bath & Beyond, roles in Hallmark Productions (12 Days of Love), Columbia Sportswear, local brand (Belove), collaborations with Shadowpath Theatre, the University of Waterloo, Weeknd Images, 323 Productions, and a wide range of commercial and short film projects.
Megan Bergen
Vice President & Manager Of Operations
Megan serves as the Manager of all accounts and models at The Halos Agency. With a background in modeling and design, Megan brings both creative insight and strategic expertise to her role. She specializes in account management, brand marketing, and growth strategy, overseeing each model’s profile with a personalized, results-driven approach.
Megan has successfully worked with several brands to help grow, maintain, and elevate their presence across digital platforms. Her ability to balance creative direction with business performance makes her a key leader in the agency’s continued success.

Math is a Creative Director whose career has been built on transforming vision into content that truly connects. Starting out with just a camera and an insatiable curiosity, Math quickly evolved into a creative force — one whose work has taken him into rooms with some of the biggest names in culture. From photographing Drake to capturing the energy of NBA players and elite athletes, his lens has become a trusted tool for storytelling at the highest level.
With a background that spans photography, videography, and content management, Math brings a rare combination of hands-on creative skill and strategic leadership. He has not only created compelling content for brands and startups, but also led teams of creatives to produce impactful storytelling at scale.
What sets Math apart is his deep commitment to authenticity, cultural awareness, and innovation. Every project is approached with a clear strategic lens — ensuring that the end product doesn’t just look good, but feels real and resonates. Laurel Chanté
Agency Assistant
Laurel brings years of customer service experience, blending professionalism with a warm, approachable personality. Her creativity, energy, and eagerness to grow make her an exciting part of the agency, where she brings both artistic flair and a strong commitment to supporting others.
Laurel is also a passionate singer-songwriter with a deep love for music, creativity, and performance. With singles and featured tracks available on major platforms like Spotify and Apple Music, she’s also shared the stage opening for Afrobeats artists such as ODUMODUBLVCK and Spyro.

For the past 8 years, Josh has been specializing in cinematic visuals, storytelling, and bold visual direction across music, fashion, and culture. His work bridges creativity and emotion, combining technical precision with a raw, authentic eye for detail. From music videos and fashion campaigns to cultural projects, Josh has built a reputation for turning ideas into visually striking experiences that leave a lasting impression. He thrives on collaboration, bringing each vision to life with purpose, mood, and movement — creating visuals that feel as impactful as they look.

Exodus Productions
Creative Director
Exodus Productions was born out of Winnipeg’s underground music scene, where founder Sabah first made waves by capturing the raw energy of emerging artists and translating it into powerful visuals. What began in the shadows of local venues soon expanded into fashion, as Sabah created striking content for brands that see style as an extension of identity.
Today, Exodus has evolved into a creative force, working with some of Winnipeg’s most notable names — from Golden Hand Jewelry and Synkro Designs to F.F.O on set with the Winnipeg Jets. For Exodus, it’s never just about videography or photography; it’s about storytelling that pushes culture forward, turning moments into visuals people can feel, remember, and connect with.
